Agreement

These terms cover Conduit at conduitcards.com and in the Conduit apps ("the Service"). By using it you agree to them and to our Privacy Policy. If you don't agree, don't use the Service. Conduit is free to use.

Who can use Conduit

You must be 13 or older to create an account. If you're under 18, you need a parent or guardian's permission. Keep your password to yourself; you're responsible for what happens on your account.

What Conduit is

Conduit helps you track the Pokémon cards you own and need, browse a card catalog, read and post takes, and follow other collectors. It is an informational tool. It is not a marketplace, broker, grading service or financial advisor.

Card data

Card lists, images and any figures on Conduit come from public and third-party sources and may be incomplete, wrong or out of date. Nothing on Conduit is financial or investment advice. Check the source and live listings before you buy, sell or trade.

Acceptable use

You agree not to:

• Scrape or bulk-query Conduit with scripts or bots
• Copy, reverse-engineer or redistribute the app or its data
• Break into accounts or get around limits and security
• Submit false information or impersonate someone
• Use the Service in a way that breaks the law

We may rate-limit or block access that abuses the Service.

Takes and other posts

Members with a username can post takes: short public posts about a card. A take shows your username and avatar on that card's page, in Social and on your profile, and anyone can share it, including as an image.

You agree not to post:

• Hate speech, harassment, threats, or content that targets a person or group
• Spam, ads, links, or attempts to move people off Conduit to trade or buy
• Anyone's personal information, or content you don't have the right to share
• Anything illegal or sexually explicit

Conduit has zero tolerance for abusive content. We remove it and may suspend or close the account that posted it. You own what you post, and you give Conduit a free, worldwide, non-exclusive license to display, copy and share it as part of the Service for as long as it's posted.

Every take has a Report option and we review reports within 24 hours. You can block any member to hide their takes, and delete your own takes at any time. To reach us about a post, email hello@conduitcards.com.

Copyright complaints

If you believe something on Conduit infringes your copyright, email hello@conduitcards.com with the work, where it appears on Conduit, your contact details, and a statement that you have a good-faith belief the use isn't authorized. We remove infringing content and close the accounts of repeat infringers.

Changes and availability

Conduit is a young, growing app. Features may change, move or go away, and the Service may go down or lose data. Export anything you can't afford to lose.

Intellectual property

The Conduit name, logo and app are ours. Card images and names belong to their rights holders. Many Unlimited printing scans from Jungle through Neo Destiny, and the Japanese set logos, come courtesy of Bulbagarden Archives.

Conduit is an independent app. It is not produced, endorsed, sponsored or approved by, or affiliated with, Nintendo, The Pokémon Company, The Pokémon Company International, Creatures Inc., GAME FREAK inc. or Wizards of the Coast.

Pokémon, the Pokémon Trading Card Game, and all related names, characters, card text and card images are © 1995–2026 Nintendo, Creatures Inc. and GAME FREAK inc., and are trademarks of Nintendo. Card images appear only to identify cards.

The e-Reader Archive includes a visual recreation of the Nintendo e-Reader’s on-screen “Viewer” interface, presented for commentary and historical documentation. It is an independent recreation, not Nintendo software, and it neither reads nor reproduces any dot code data. Nintendo e-Reader is a trademark of Nintendo.

No warranty and limits on liability

The Service is provided "as is" and "as available", without warranties of any kind. To the fullest extent the law allows, Conduit isn't liable for indirect or consequential damages, lost profits, missed sales, or decisions made using Conduit's data, and our total liability for any claim is limited to $100.

Ending your use

You can stop using Conduit and delete your account any time. We may suspend or close accounts that break these terms, or end the Service, at any time.

Changes

We may update these terms as Conduit changes. If a change matters, we'll email registered users before it takes effect. Using Conduit after that means you accept the new terms.

Governing law

Indiana law governs these terms. Any dispute goes to the state or federal courts in Allen County, Indiana, except that either of us can bring a claim in small claims court where it qualifies.
