Terms of Service

Acceptance

By accessing or using Conduit at conduitcards.com ("the Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use the Service. Conduit is currently in beta and is provided free of charge.

What Conduit Does

Conduit shows how many copies of each Pokémon card PSA has graded at each grade, along with PSA price guide figures, a card catalog, the e-Reader Archive, and collector profiles. Conduit is an informational tool — it is not a marketplace, broker, grading service, or financial advisor, and it is not affiliated with PSA.

Data Disclaimer

Population and price figures on Conduit come from published third-party data and may be incomplete or out of date. Conduit makes no guarantee that:

• Population counts match PSA's current figures
• Every card, printing, or set is covered
• Any card will sell at a price shown

Do not rely solely on Conduit for high-value transactions. Always check the source data and live marketplace listings before buying or selling.

Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

• Use automated scripts or bots to scrape or bulk-query Conduit APIs
• Attempt to reverse-engineer, copy, or redistribute the Conduit application or its data
• Submit false or misleading data via the waitlist, feedback, or profile forms
• Use the Service in any way that violates applicable law

We reserve the right to rate-limit or block access for users who abuse the Service.

Takes and Other Posts

Signed-in members with a username can post takes: short posts about a card. Takes are public. They show your username and appear on that card's page, in the Social tab and on your profile, and anyone can share them, including as an image.

You agree not to post:

• Hate speech, harassment, threats, or content that targets a person or group
• Spam, ads, links, or attempts to move people off Conduit to trade or buy
• Anyone's personal information, or content you don't have the right to share
• Anything illegal or sexually explicit

Conduit has zero tolerance for abusive content. We remove it and may suspend or close the account that posted it. You keep ownership of what you post, and you give Conduit permission to display, reproduce and share it as part of the Service.

Every take has a Report option, and we review reports within 24 hours. You can block any member to hide their takes, and you can delete your own takes at any time. To reach us about a post, email hello@conduitcards.com.

Games and Leaderboards

Anyone can play Daily Pull and Endless. When you play signed in, your results, streak and best scores are saved, and your best Endless scores appear on public leaderboards with your username. We may remove scores we believe came from automation or other cheating, and restrict accounts that post them.

Beta Service

Conduit is currently in beta. This means:

• Features may change, be removed, or be temporarily unavailable without notice
• We may experience downtime or data loss
• Data coverage is being actively expanded

By using the beta, you acknowledge these limitations and agree not to hold Conduit liable for any decisions made based on beta data.

Intellectual Property

The Conduit name, logo, and application code are owned by Conduit. Card images are sourced from the Pokémon TCG API (pokemontcg.io) and remain the property of their respective rights holders. Many Unlimited printing scans from Jungle through Neo Destiny come courtesy of Bulbagarden Archives. Pokémon is a trademark of Nintendo/Creatures Inc./GAME FREAK inc. PSA is a trademark of Collectors Universe, Inc.

Conduit is not affiliated with, endorsed by, or sponsored by Nintendo, The Pokémon Company, PSA, or any official Pokémon TCG entity.

The e-Reader Archive includes a visual recreation of the Nintendo e-Reader’s on-screen “Viewer” interface, presented for commentary and historical documentation. It is an independent recreation, not Nintendo software, and it neither reads nor reproduces any dot code data. Nintendo e-Reader is a trademark of Nintendo.

Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Conduit is provided "as is" without warranty of any kind. We are not liable for any financial loss, missed sales, inaccurate population or price figures, or any other damages arising from your use of the Service.

Termination

We may suspend or terminate access to the Service at any time and for any reason, including violation of these Terms. You may stop using the Service at any time. You can delete your account in Settings, or send a deletion request to hello@conduitcards.com.

Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms as the Service evolves. Continued use after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms. Material changes will be communicated via email to registered users.

Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Indiana, without regard to its conflict of law provisions. Any disputes not resolved through arbitration shall be brought in the state or federal courts located in Allen County, Indiana.
