Overview

Conduit ("we," "us," or "our") shows PSA population data for Pokémon cards. This Privacy Policy explains what data we collect, how we use it, and your rights regarding it. By using Conduit at conduitcards.com, you agree to this policy.

Data We Collect

Information you provide

• Email address — when you create an account, join a waitlist, or sign up for e-Reader Archive updates. Used to confirm your account and send the emails you asked for.
• Profile details — your username, display name, collector type, whether your profile is public, who you follow, and the badges you earn.
• Email preferences — whether you want Conduit product updates, and where you heard about us if you tell us.
• Feedback and bug reports — submitted via the in-app feedback form. May include an optional email address.

Data generated automatically

• Usage analytics — we use Vercel Analytics to collect aggregate, anonymized page view and performance data. No personal identifiers are associated with this data.
• Sign-in cookies — set when you sign in so you stay signed in. They are not used for tracking or shared with advertisers.
• Browser storage — small preferences such as your light or dark theme and dismissed notices are stored in your own browser.

How We Use Your Data

• Create and secure your account
• Show your public profile, follows, and badges if you choose to make your profile public
• Send account emails, and product or e-Reader Archive updates you opted in to
• Monitor app health and fix bugs using aggregated analytics

We do not sell your data. We do not use your data for advertising.

Third-Party Services

Conduit uses the following third-party services, each with their own privacy policies:

• Supabase — database and authentication (supabase.com/privacy)
• Vercel — hosting and analytics (vercel.com/legal/privacy-policy)
• Resend — account and product emails (resend.com/legal/privacy-policy)
• MailerLite — e-Reader Archive update emails (mailerlite.com/legal/privacy-policy)

Data Retention

• Waitlist emails — retained until you request deletion or the waitlist is closed
• Account data — retained while your account is active; deleted within 30 days of account deletion
• e-Reader Archive signups — retained until you unsubscribe

Your Rights

You may request:

• Access — a copy of any personal data we hold about you
• Deletion — removal of your email from the waitlist or deletion of your account
• Correction — correction of inaccurate data

You can delete your account yourself in Settings. For anything else, email us at hello@conduitcards.com. We will respond within 30 days.

Children

Conduit is not directed at children under 13. We do not knowingly collect personal data from children under 13. If you believe we have inadvertently collected such data, please contact us immediately.

Changes to This Policy

We may update this policy as the product evolves. Material changes will be communicated via email to registered users. The "Last updated" date at the top of this page reflects the most recent revision.
