How to read these numbers
Population counts grading submissions, not every copy that exists. Newer eras come back a 10 far more often, partly from print quality and partly because modern cards go into sleeves straight from the pack.
10 over 9 and the median prices count only cards with both a PSA 9 and a PSA 10 price in PSA’s own price guide, and need at least 20 of them in the era.
