How to read these numbers
Population counts grading submissions, not every copy that exists, and people tend to send in the copies they expect to grade well. An era with more modern print quality and more careful handling will come back a 10 more often.
Medians count only cards with both a PSA 9 and a PSA 10 price in PSA’s own price guide, and need at least 20 of them.
