Rob lets you look at your opponent's hand, and shuffle any Technical Machine and Pokémon Tool cards there back into his or her deck. Even if there aren't any Technical Machine or Pokémon Tool cards in your opponent's hand, you still get to look at his or her hand, which makes it easier for you to Plan ahead. Claw doesn't do anything on a coin flip of tails. Still, it has the Potential to do a lot of damage for a small amount of Energy, and you can increase the damage done by attaching Darkness Energy to Sneasel, so it's worth trying to use.
